Manage the portal and News Courier. Ensure all community channels provide accurate, meaningful, and timely information to our residents.
Park Beautification
Maintain our shared common areas. Identify needs and coordinate maintenance efforts with the Board and local contractors.
Election Committee
Recruit candidates, prepare ballots, and manage essential community voting processes for board elections and budget meetings.
Welcome Committee
Warmly welcome new neighbors by providing essential community information and packets for a smooth transition to RCE.
Emergency Response
Develop procedures for scenarios like hurricanes/floods and coordinate risk assessment training with local emergency services.
Mentorship
A network of expert business mentors and past Board members providing critical advice on community management and projects.
