Park Beautification Update
A big thank you for all that attended the April 2026 General Meeting where the 2026-2027 budget was passed (75 Yes; 5 No). Below you will find links to the budget plus past budgets to actual.
In addition, the board's presentation to the community is also attached. The board is working to earn your trust back by understanding our responsibilities, doing our job and creating community unity.

2025 - 2026 YTD Budget to Actual
Community cleanup efforts have cleared dead plants and debris.
Walkway repair estimates were approved by MSBU. Work will begin very soon to repair the walkway!
The Board is also maintaining ongoing communication with the Pickleball Court installers to address surface issues.
Restoration of the baseball diamond is in progress.
The floating dock is experiencing rot and the low water levels are causing more damage. For your safety, we have taped the dock off while we examine the damage and estimate the cost of repairs. We kindly request residents to refrain from using the dock at all. We apologize for the inconvenience.
To note, the Board has agreed to attempt to fully correct problems, not to simply patch them. It may take longer; however, we feel it is in the best interest of the residents' future enjoyment and safety.
